On Wednesday's we wear black . . .
This whole outfit (minus Daniel Wellington watch) was less than $30 total!  Last spring I came across these beautiful leather pants for only $8 and this black chunky sweater for $19.90.  One of the biggest things I have learned while finding fashion on a budget is that the garments of the season that have just passed are marked down tremendously!  For most people it is a waste of money, buying an item of clothing that won't be of any use to them until the following year.  However, buying clothes out of season will help you save money and fill your wardrobe!
